To send a secure message log into RCU online banking and click on "Contact" in the upper right hand side of the screen:
Choose the a topic that is related to your question/inquiry:
Once you have submitted your inquiry a Thank You page will display:
You will notice that your inquiry is (Awaiting Response) and the Status is In Progress within your Message inbox:
