To be eligible for an RCU Visa debit card, you must be a Member of Redwood Credit Union and have at least a savings and checking account. You can request a debit card over the phone or at any of our branches. Once ordered over the phone, the card should be delivered via standard mail within 2 to 4 working days. You may also request a debit card be printed instantly at any of our branches.
To get an RCU Visa credit card, you must be a Redwood Credit Union Member with a savings account and submit a loan application for the credit card. You can submit the application online at https://www.redwoodcu.org/cards/compare-credit-cards/ or at any Redwood Credit Union branch. Once the application has been approved, the card will be ordered and should be delivered via standard mail within 2 to 4 working days. Once you have been approved for a credit card, you may also request a credit card be printed instantly at any of our branches.
