When you're logging into Mobile Banking, passwords are never stored at any stage. For user authentication and reporting purposes, your account number is stored, but is never shared or visible to outside parties.

Your device may store your password as part of enabling the device service setup such as for Touch ID, Finger Print Authentication or Face ID functionality. These options are available depending on the type of device and you will need to review the individual device setup instructions. These settings are not controlled by Redwood Credit Union.
