The Home banking system allows for three consecutive failed login attempts before it will freeze your account. If you have entered your password unsuccessfully too many times, exit the area and return. Once a successful login is completed, the counter is set back to zero. This is to prevent password guessing.
If you have forgotten your password for security purposes you must call 360-307-6400 to have it reset.
