Any form of direct or indirect personal attack or harassment is unacceptable behavior and is not tolerated. Any comment that calls for unlawful or illegal behavior or might result in harm to others is not allowed.
2) Pay attention to the tone you use when you post content. Please keep in mind that other stakeholders can't see your facial expressions or hear the tone of your voice. It's easy for sarcastic comments intended as harmless jokes to be mistaken for harsh, purposeful criticism. While we strongly encourage open debates, we want to make sure that they take place in a climate of mutual respect.
3) Stakeholders shall be solely responsible for ensuring that they do not act in any manner which constitutes, or forms a part of a course of conduct amounting to, a violation of any state, federal or other applicable competition law.
4) Take responsibility for what you say. You are responsible for the content of any messages you post in our community.
5) Stay on-topic. The moderators will remove any comments that stray from the subject at hand, including unsolicited ads and promotions.
6) You are not allowed to post or transmit any message, data image or program that would violate the property rights of others, including unauthorized copyrighted text, images or programs, trade secrets or other confidential proprietary information, and trademarks or service marks used in an infringing fashion.
7) We reserve the right to reprint, modify, distribute, or delete your posting. We do not preview or edit postings before they appear on our site, but we do reserve the right to remove them if they violate these guidelines.
8) Community site areas are not to be used for commercial purposes.
9) Community member postings do not necessarily represent the professional advice or opinions of our staff. The results of any actions you take based on the advice you find in our community are your responsibility alone.
