Fuze Suite Answers Over 215,000 Questions for WSECU
In the Last Four Months Alone
Seattle, Wash. – (February 16, 2007) - Fuze Digital Solutions announced today that over the last four months Washington State Employees Credit Union’s knowledge base (KB) answered over 98 percent of member and staff questions online. In addition, users were automatically kept current of all content changes they care about using either KB alerts or RSS, both fully supported in the Fuze Suite.
Assuming a cost of $3.50 to resolve an inquiry with staff assistance, WSECU realized a savings over the last four months of $753,820 ($3.50 x 215,377 views) by getting members and staff to help themselves using the knowledge base.
In addition to answering questions directly relating to WSECU’s operations, 25 percent of the KB views (or 53,223) were of the Fuze personal finance knowledge packs, providing both educational and informational personal finance content in easy to understand language.
Said Chuck Van Court, president and founder of Fuze, “WSECU’s results are pretty typical of our other credit union customers’ experience in cost savings and usage of the knowledge base and our knowledge pack content. Providing both KB alerts and RSS capabilities gives users a choice for how they want to be informed of changes to the information they care about, and the Fuze Suite makes it easy for credit unions to offer both on virtually all their content.”
