FUZE DIGITAL SOLUTIONS DEVELOPS ONLINE ARTICLE SERIES FOR FINANCIAL LITERACY

Bellevue, WA (April 15, 2004) – Fuze Digital Solutions announced today the release of its new online article series “The Money Express” geared for ages 12-112 who want to gain greater control over their money.  This announcement is in conjunction with Youth Financial Education month and National Credit Union Youth Week, April 18-24.

The Money Express” is available to all financial institutions for use on their Web sites and includes their branding and copyrights, further reinforcing consumers’ confidence in their financial institution’s breadth of financial knowledge.  The innovative delivery of “The Money Express” combines interactive images, quizzes and an extensive online glossary to communicate important financial concepts in a fun and inviting style.

“Many people do not have the fundamental skills necessary to have control over their financial lives,” said Fuze CEO, Chuck Van Court.  “We want to build a community of financial institutions that provides their members, customers and youth with the conceptual foundation necessary to deal with real-world personal finance issues, beyond what is currently being done today.”

In addition to improving financial literacy, better informed consumers will lead to lower delinquency rates on mortgages, higher participation in savings and retirement plans, and improved spending habits – as well as improved member and customer loyalty.

The Money Express” compliments other personal finance content provided by Fuze in its customer care suite, available in either a hosted or licensed model.  The Fuze Suite is focused on making the Web channel a viable support alternative and includes a knowledge base, email and contact management, e-Alerts, chat, 2-way secure communications, feedback management, support usage analytics, and comprehensive reporting.  Financial institutions can offer “The Money Express” very cost effectively with just a link from their web site, then add additional modules of the Fuze Suite as appropriate.
