You may need a new debit card due to wear and tear. Please stop into your local financial center location and a representative may be able to help you.  They have a card machine that may be able to "fix" the card so that it reads when it is swiped.  If this does not work, a new card can be issued.  Depending on when the card was last issued, there may be a replacement fee for the card.  A representative will be able to tell you that.
