If your policy number consists of only numbers (Example: 0 1234567 01), this insurance self-service capability is not currently available online.  You must contact your agent or call our Member Service Center at 888.883.8611 to update or change your billing plan to an automatic or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
 
If your policy includes both numbers and letters (Example: AUT01234567 or HOM01234567), scheduling a payment is not currently available, but you can sign up for automatic/recurring policy payments once you have registered your AAA auto or home policy online. This option is only available during your renewal period.
 

Please click on Sign In from the right corner, enter your user id/password and click on Sign In.  At the Communications Preferences page, please click on My Account.  Then select the Billing and Payment option listed under Registered Policies. Then select the Payment Plans option.
